Wiki Urgent: Preterm labor followed by delivery question

As I said in one other post, I rarely do OB but am "filling in" and sooo appreciate the great support & help, TY!!!

Anyway, in a case where an habitual aborter presents in preterm labor (at 27 weeks) but ends up delivering a healthy baby via c-section 9without complications)--what is the correct principal diag??
 
The primary dx would be preterm labor because techinally the 650 dx is for a normal vaginal delivery, full term. This pt presented for delivery early.
