If a patient presents with nuero sxs (h/a & memory issues) and a CT & MRI evidence brain mets (from breast cancer, treated & eradicated in past) AND there is evidence of intracerebral hemorrhage due to the lesions, is the metastatic cancer the principal or is it the hemorrhage?

I'm sooo perplexed as it is unclear what caused the sxs that brought pt to hospital and she was admitted for both to be dealt with--HELP!!! :-)

I'm filling in for an inpt guru...but I'm an outpt one!!! :-) :-)

Also...does the "hx of breast cancer get added on too?

And are the SYMPTOMS reported or left out (as we have definitive diags)

TY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
