Has any one had any problems with Anthem Blue Cross (California) denying the Uric Acids (84550) as not Medically Necessary? Thank You

I called BC and was told that his code is a blocked code to 83615! Still doesn't make sense. Any of you out there ever heard of this before? Thanks
