If we collect a urine sample from the patient to do a Urinary Drug Screen , then send the sample to an outside Lab for testing, then the outside Lab sends the results report to the Doctor a day or two later to read over and manage the patient - Can we bill the professional component for the Urinary Drug Screening ? For the interpretation or management?


ex: CPT's G0431 or 80100 with a -26 modifier
