Patient has urinary indwelling stent placed bilaterally by urologist at request of surgeon. Then, after surgery begins urologist was called to remove the right side due to the dissection taking place, and move the left to internalized. All of this performed via the cystoscopy. For the left the urologist "removed the stent, placed a wire through the open-ended catheter into the right collecting system under fluoroscopic guidance. I removed the open-ended catheter over the wire. I removed the foley catheter. I then back-loaded the wire onto a cystoscope and placed the cystoscope into the bladder. I placed a 6x28 stent over the wire through the cystoscope up into the right kidney under fluoroscopic guidance. Once the wire was removed, there was a nice curl in te kidney and a nice curl in the bladder with 10ml in the balloon."
