Does anyone have information on how to bill urine drug screen confirmations as well as saliva screen confirmations? I work for a pain clinic, we are currently billing for the urine drug screens and would like to also be able to bill for the confirmations.

Any suggestions, comments etc would be be very helpful.

The code for drug confirmation, each procedure is 80102. Not sure what kind of info you are looking for but the section for which this code is shown lists a few guidelines. Hope this helps. :)
