is there anyother dx code to bill uds claim other than V58.69.

my provider ask me to use 304.03 along with V58.69. is that correct??

In my office with some insurance they do not like just the V58.69 so we bill with the ICD 9 code for why they are receiving the drug. ex like back pain or neck pain so on.
