I need some help. One of our MA's went to a Pain Management seminar in Vegas last month and she came back and told us that as of Novemeber Mcare is changing the codes for Urine Drug testing... ANyone hear this??? I know they have made a LCD for them but I have not heard nor can I find anyhting about the CPT's changing. We bill G0431 and she has told its changing back to the 80104....HELP!!!!!!
