This question was on the Urology Discussion Forum a while back but nobody ever responded with a definitive answer. Thought I would try again.

76000 (Fluoro) bundles with 51600/74455 (voiding cystogram). Is it appropriate to use 74455 when only spot fluoro images were done? Are these stored hard copy images that are required in order to charge S&I 74455? Is it appropriate to add modifier ?59 to the fluoro when fluoro and contrast was used during the entire cystogram?
