If the patient comes in and sees the nurse for a uroflow (51741) and then returns a few days later to see the provider can this be billed with a TC modifier (under the provider that was in office that day) for the part the nurse does and 26 modifier when the provider interprets the readings when the patient returns for his visit? Thanks for any help offered.
