How would I find the correct code for a uretheral dilation with Bougie Sound for a female? This was in conjunction with a cysto (52000). Codes 53600-53621 address male only. 53660 addresses female, but notes instillation (which was not noted in report). 53665 incorporates general anesthesia, IV and local were used instead. I am thinking I will have to use 53660. Any suggestions would be greastly appreciated!
