Patient was seen for a screening. No aneurysm is found but calcified plague was. It was coded as such, the insurance company is denying stating the dx is inconsistent with the procedure. Can anybody help me with coding this correctly?
 
The only diagnosis our local medicare carrier covers is V81.2 for the screening. They also do not like findings on the claim.
