Hi, CPT Code 76942; Ultrasonic guidance for needle placement (e.g., biopsy, aspiration, injection and localization device), imaging supervision and interpretation is being rejected as part of Ultrasound guided sclerotherapy injections 36471 & 93971. We have permanently recorded images. Is this considered a bundled code? Our Remits state that another code should be used. Can anyone help?
