Wiki US guided IUD insertion

Sometimes our ultrasound department has to assist the MD by doing a US guided so that the MD will be able to do the IUD insertion. What is the appropriate CPT for both of these?

For ultrasound guidance during a surgery or procedure, we use 76998. As I'm billing the physician portion, for the hospital owed ultrasound, we bill 76998-26. The hospital would bill 76998-TC.
