Hi....Question for you......The technique of the exam is US Transvaginal with doppler, in the findings they discuss uterus, ovaries, endometrium and then they talk about the color and doppler arterial and venous flow....My question is do I just code 93976 or do i code that along with an ultrasound code of 76830? Thank you

Is there documentation of spectral analysis or just color? (resistive index, waveform, phasicity, etc.)
If both color and spectral analysis, then 93975 or 93976 can be coded. If only color doppler added to the regular ultasound just code 76830.
