Code for ultrasonic surgical aspiration???
 
You didn't specifiy a site or give much info on the aspiration.

Since there is not a code specific for aspiration, I would say you will have to go with unlisted 76999 (Unlisted ultrasound procedure eg, diagnostic, interventional)
