Wiki Use -52 for Radical Hyst?

I would like to know if anyone would use -52 in this situation for CPT 58210.

Radical abdominal hysterectomy w/lymph node dissection (B/L common nodes, B/L external & internal iliac nodes ONLY) and R salpingo-oophorectomy
Dx: Endometrioid Adenocarcinoma

Ins is Cigna and I was trying to determine whether or not to apply -52 or just use different code for hysterectomy. Per Cigna provider manual, they do not require op report to accompany claim for -52. Which I would rather send anyway but I don't know if it will be reviewed.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!!
