In the use of a skull fracture repair, extradural hematoma and foreign body removal, can the use 62005 (Repair of Skull Fracture) , 61312 (Removal of Extradural Hematoma) and 61570 (Removal of Foreign Body) be used together at one time? All 3 of these procedures were done during one course of action, but my concern is the impact of using 3 craniotomy/craniectomy codes when only 1 craniotomy/craniectomy was done.
