Hello All!, I am having a discussion with a couple of our Auditors on the correct reporting for the below "scenario" I would Love your thoughts and reasoning please. Thank you in advance!!
Patient comes in for an ICD interrogation, Dr finds patient in a-flutter. Dr. "Burst paces" Pt 1 time. Pt is now back in rhythm and no programming adjustments made.
Q; code the Interrogation? or code programming?
