Wiki Using a Locum for an NP

We have a physician who is out on medical leave and are using a locum. Now we also have an NP who is out of the office. We have brought in another locum to fill in during her absence. What is the proper way to code for this since a locum will be working under another locum would you add the Q6 modifier with both absent providers listed on the claim?
