I am experienced Regulatory Compliance professional seeking to transition into the healthcare industry. I completed my CPC-A last October and have been applying for many entry level non-clinical positions with few resulting interviews. My frustration is mounting and am wondering if anyone here has used a resume writing service to tweak their documents? I've heard of Project Resume, but with essentially zero coding experience, is it worth the cost? Has anyone used a different service, like BrandResumes?

Also, do healthcare employers lean heavily on LinkedIn profiles?

I'd appreciate any feedback, thanks!
 
Are you customizing your resume to each job posting you are applying to as much as you can by including keywords from the posting in your resumes? I think that might give you a boost in interviews because oftentimes HR has software that scans resumes for key words before they even get to a person to review for potential interviews.
