Is anyone else being denied by BCBS when using codes 85027 (CBC) and 80052 (CMP)? BCBS is suddenly denying these codes (they have not done it in the past) and substituting 80050 (Comprehensive Health Panel). Any information is very much appreciated!
 
bundling

if it's billed on the same date of service as a TSH, they automatically bundle these three codes to the general health panel 80050
