Using modifier 78 w a 24 is that possible ?

Pt had Splenectomy , was returned to surgery the same day for Post Op bleeding. I used a 78 for returned to surgery,but , he also admitted him to ICU can you charge for this? and also what modifier ? Thanks for anyones help
 
Short Answer is "NO" you cannot bill for the admission to the ICU unit. That is considered part of the surgical procedure.
