We have a physician that owns her own EMG (Electromygraphy) machine and takes it with her to treat patients in the hospital (inpatient and outpatient). This of course would be a global service. Does anyone bill for services where the physician uses their own equipment in a hospital setting? And if so how do you bill and does the insurance companies pay?
