Wiki Using the same dx's for 2 seperate reports

Hi,

Is it okay to use the same dx's code for two seperate reports;

example: ob u/s limited 76815 - report dictation is 652.13 and 649.63

example: biophysical 76819 - just the results for the biophysical 8/8. Would i use the same dx's code 652.13 & 649.63 instead of the V code?
