Please help with a CPT -

Does anyone know of a better code than the unlisted code for this procedure? My OB was called into a surgery after the general surgeon nicked the patients gravid uterus during a laparoscopic appendectomy. The OB repaired the laceration. The general surgeon finished the appendectomy and closed.
