Can someone tell me how to code Urinary tract infection with beta hemolytic strep.
 
If the beta strep bacteria caused the UTI then I would bill 599.0 and 041.02. If the patient has both a UTI and strep throat I would bill 599.0 and 034.0 Hope that helps! :D
