Hello Wondering if anyone has any input on using a V- code for follow up office visits after a MAZE procedure. Our Doc see's pt's at 6-9months.
I was looking at V58.73.
Any help would be appreciated thank you
 
Since they aren't really doing anything, V58.73 is aftercare, I would probably go with V15.1.

Just my opinion,

I guess I was just assuming that they were using the V67.09 and then they wanted to further explain the type of surgery, ie V15.1 would be more appropriate than V58.73.
