Can anyone tell me what V + T + D means? "Patient is here for followup and V + T + D." I assume the D is for dilation, but what are the V and T for?

I would say that these are internal office abbreviations. I would guess that V=visual exam, T=tonometry and D=dilation but, as suggested previously, you should ask the provider what these mean.
