For a patient who presents or is listed in the reason for exam field as 259.0 Sexual delay, who has a bone age study completed with no further description and no impression/summary

Do I code V218 as a secondary in addition to the 259.0? According to the guideline V218 cannot be used as a 1dt listed or principal DX and I am wondering should this even be placed at all along with the 259.0?
