We are an ORF. We have a patient that is coming to us who had a closed trimobular fx. with ORIF. I think the correct coding should be 824.6 and V58.43. The therapist wants to use V54.09 which I don't think is appropriate. Can anyone advise which is more appropriate?

See my response under your other post... use the V58.43 and the V54.09 and not the 824.6 at all.
