Is anyone getting denials on V58.81 for your PICCs and CVCs? We were told this is the appropriate dx for line placements by our outside auditing company but Novitas is denying. We've been told to use the condition which necessitated the line by another auditing company but that doesn't make sense, not the reason for the visit.

Thoughts?
