When is it appropriate to use V64.05? Is it primarily used for tracking purposes or is it reimbursable? I would appreciate any help you can provide me. Thanks
 
I have never used this before but it appears to just be a CYA code.

All though, on the other hand, I suppose you can have everything ready to go and not be able to administer due to the kid throwing a fit and the parent saying stop. I don't know much on the clinical side about vaccinations but I do know there are several meds once drawn up they have to use immediately or discard so maybe this could be used for payment in that case?
