Is the documentation below qualifies for a V70.0 dx? no labs. or any other work-up was done but the HPI states ...Pt.came for a Prev.Exam. with complete Phy.Exam. and the DOS for this encounter is 7/20/2010

DX:ROUTINE MEDICAL EXAM=V70.0
Flu shot given 10/3/09 ... H1N1 given @ work 12/09 ... PNA given 12/30/09 ... up-to-date with colonoscopy
