Hi All,
How will I could code for - V72.31-Annual Visit Exam- with Breast Exam and Papsmear was done the patient's Insurance is Magnacare and our Provider code this visit as 99213. She was our provider BEFORE as Family Practice and Ob/Gyn Provider and now she came back to our clinic again BUT will provide Ob/Gyn services ONLY?
But this is the first time she sees the patient but an Established Patient with Internal Medicine and Podiatry.
