Hi Guys,

Have a question on usage of V76.2 pap smear cervix and V76.47 pap smear of vagina. When patient comes in for pap smear and physician documents pap smear of vagina and cervix is done can we capture both V76.2 and V76.47 together, as V76.47 is to be captured when there is no uterus and pap performed for non-malignant condition and should be captured along with V88.0X series.

Please clarify.
