Does anyone else bill for VA Premier and see their error in their provider manual? It states the following:

New patient, OB Visit 99201- 99205
Established Patient, OB Visit or antepartum visits 1-3 99211- 99215
Antepartum care, visits 4, 5, and 6 59425
Antepartum care, visits 7 or more 59426
Delivery- Vaginal 59409, 59612
Delivery- Cesarean 59514, 59620
Postpartum Visit 59430

They want us to bill the 59425-59426 for 'each' visit after the third visit. My office manager has called and they stated they are aware of the descrepancy but were not going to change it. Has anyone else called about this issue?
