Medicaid GA is denying Dtap-IPV vaccines by Kinrix with NDC 58160081211 as invalid NDC and also wellcare is denying it as inclusive with the EPSDT as per GA guidelines. Has any one experience this denial in your office and what action did you take in order for claim to be paid. thanks.

Did you put the N4 infront of your NDC number (with no space)?

all NDC numbers should have the N4 qualifier.
