I’m seeking clarification regarding CMS Chapter 12 guidance. While it provides information on administration codes, including 96372, I couldn’t find specific guidance on vaccine administration codes (90460-90474) in POS 22. Are there any restrictions on PB billing for these codes in this setting? Any insights would be appreciated! thank you
