Medicare Pt receives 3 vaccines in the same visit and also Annual welllness is performed in the same visit - Flu, Pneumococcal and Hepatitis A.

Billed codes are as follows

99214 - 25
90670
90674
90632
90471
G0008
G0009
G0439

Medicare denied the cpt G0008, G0009 as"This service/procedure requires that a qualifying
service/procedure be received and covered" hence need coding assistance.

Please help!!!

Hello,

As per NCCI edit G0008, G0009 and 90471 cannot be billed together. Hence add 59 modifier with G0008 and G0009 to process the claim further.
