Hi All,

We are Internal Medicine Practice in New York. We have been billed CPT 0134A (Moderna) in Metroplus Medicare for Covid Vaccine Booster. Now we are getting denied the claim, stating that due to patient's age, they denied the claim. As per CMS guidelines, we are getting payment from other insurance for same CPT, but only in Metroplus Medicare they denied the claim due to patient's age. Please help me if you have any knowledge or any Web Link where should I check the Correct one.
