Hi, does anyone know if you can bill for a vaccine that was not administered? For example, if a patient states they want a vaccine, we draw it up and then the patient changes their mind and doesn't want it. If there a modifier we could use that would indicate they did not receive it but the insurance company would reimburse us. Thank You
