Please advise!! In RI on state supplied & buy and bill injections flu, dpt & pneumo do you add any modifiers??
 
Each state may have their own policies on this. In KY, we 'no-charge' the vaccine and bill for the admin at a reduced rate (couple bucks).

We use the 26 modifier, but this is an internal rule we've set up that causes the fee to be adjusted automatically for both the admin and state supplied vaccine.
