Can someone help me?

I am trying find a code for vaginal bleeding when patient recently took pill for abortion. Would a code from chapter 15 still be used?

This is not enough information to help. If she is aborting, you use one of those codes, if this is not related at all you would use a non-ob code. I think you will need more information from your provider to code this. And was this for an office visit or was a procedure being performed? This may also lead you in the right direction.
