I am second guessing myself. I have an OB pt who delivered vaginally. She is Rh Negative and Group B Strep+, there was a second degree vaginal laceration. So what I'm coding is the 59400 for the delivery and OB care. My diagnoses I believe are 664.11 for the 2nd degree laceration, 656.11 for the Rh- incompatibility between mother and baby delivered, V02.51 for Carrier or suspected carrier of infectious diseases Group B Strep, and V27.0 for single liveborn.
Is there any of these codes I shouldn't use, or use a different code in their place?
