Can I bill for vaginal delivery of placenta B from vanishing twin B after vaginal delivery of remaining, live twin A (& placenta A)? Delivery notes as follows:

Thinking 59409 (Dx: O42913, O312, Z3A35, Z370) and 59414,59 (Dx: O312, O3102X2). Can anyone confirm?

Sorry but this will not pass insurance. 59514 is included in code 59409 and a modifier will not not bypass this edit because the code 59409 already includes delivery of a placenta. You best bet would be to bill 59409-22 for the additional work (and I am assuming this provider only performed the delivery and no ante or postpartum care), but this note does not really support extensive additional work as documented - the provider should have indicated how much longer it took.
