I have been in insurance for 15 plus years and just recently got a job at a vascular surgeons office. I have done several other specialties but never any vascular coding. Any info on how to get maximum reimbursment, correct codes,modifiers for billing for varicose vein surgery, what ever info anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated! Thank You for any help in advance!
