Does anyone know where I can find information on coding guidelines for Vascular Disease?

Which system? Veins or arteries? Also what kind of coding guidelines? For what type of coding; office, hospital etc.

It would be for both. In office. We have been told by different insurance companies that there are certain tests and documentation that you need to do or perform to support the vascular disease diagnosis. Thank You for any help you can give me.
