Hello:

Hoping someone can help me with this.
I work for a vascular surgeon and he has a vascular lab in the office. We have patients that are referred to us from other doctor's to perform the ultrasounds and then our Dr will also read the results. When billing for the ultrasound, say a 93880 which is a carotid duplex, am I billing a 93880 with no modifier because the doctor also read the result or am I billing with a TC modifier?

Any help will be appreciated.:)
