Good morning! When the provider punctures both the left and the right femoral artery but on one side he was able to reach the aorta. However he couldn't cross the catheter so he punctured the other side trying to cross the iliac but could not b/c of the stenosis, would you code both puncture sites? And if so, how far would you put the catheter? I know code 36200 is the right code for the aorta but how would the other code be coded?
